Our brand new home flooded during one of the recent storms due to poor masonry work. Caleb came out so quickly to check everything out. He assured me that although it seemed like a really terrible situation, it wasn’t actually that bad, and he would fix everything. He made me feel so much better. He sent a team out to get everything started and even stopped by himself to check on things. Darnell and Vashun were very polite and professional and did a great job fixing the damage and getting our house dried out as well as testing the water issue we had to ensure it had been corrected. They made sure to walk me through everything and answer every question I had. Caleb has been a rockstar through all of this. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and so polite. He really cares about his work and wants to ensure his teams are doing a great job. He prides himself on his work and his customer’s satisfaction.
